WW day 3

It seems to be getting harder...I am feeling hungry!!! ARGG...yesterday I stayed on points but I ate too many snacks...I need to do better today. I had some pivital moments as of late about my weight...I was weighing myself and T came out and told everyone my weight number!! I wanted to die! I hid in the bathroom for a long time after that..lol...

So here's the menu for today

I am determined to do this today...so I will be hungry if I must...but this is ALL I am eating today!!! Good luck to me :) LOL

goings on today...I am still cleaning out...got the living room closet cleaned out, now I need to organize it...and work on little girls room...here we go! school also needs to get done, and regular stuff....busy, busy, busy!!!

WW day 2

Well, yesterday was ok. I ate 3 extra points I was not counting on. but I am ok with that :)

today's plan

fitness: walked 1 mile with video

I am looking forward to having more stamina...I really didn't realize how out of shape I am! EEK! I am really looking at this with the eyes of a healthy life...I am excited!!

Lots going on today...St has a dentist appt...she's not happy about it...and Cy & Co see their grandparents..that's always hard...and we have school and I am in MAJOR need of a clean out of the house...every corner is jammed with STUFF...drives me nuts!

WW day 1

I am changing the focus of this non-existant blog to my journal...my WW journal :) I have done WW in the past and really LOVE it...I need to shed about 80 lbs!!! WOW! So, here is where I will record my daily doings..lol..

menu: break: coffee w/ creamer 2pt
mini bagel 2pt
1 T pb 1 pt
1 tsp jelly 0pt
1/2 of a bannana 1pt

lunch: sandwich 4pt
soup 1pt

snack: coffee w/ creamer 2 pt
23 pretzels 2pt
1 T honey mustard 1 pt

dinner: 2 c WW chicken & dumplings 5pt
1 c applesauce 1 pt

dessert: WW cake w/ coolwhip free 2 pt

total 23 pt

It is going really well today. I don't feel hungry or like I am craving anything. I am really excited about loosing weight. I am looking for more family friendly recipes, and I found just the site for them! YEAH!!!

fitness: my goal this week is to walk a mile 5 days a week...it's a video :)
today I walked 1 mile :)
